Product Introduction
The YGC-FSFX-S Integrated Wind Speed and Direction Sensor is a highly integrated product combining wind speed and direction sensors. It is assembled using precision-machined aluminum alloy components, offering high strength and easier installation.
The wind speed component adopts the traditional three-cup structure, with wind cups made of imported ABS material for high strength and excellent starting performance. Its precision signal processing unit provides various signal outputs based on user requirements, featuring a wide measurement range, good linearity, easy observation, and reliable stability.
The wind direction component is a professional meteorological instrument designed to measure horizontal wind direction. It uses a precision angular sensor and a low-inertia wind vane for responsive wind direction measurement. When the wind direction changes, the vane’s rotating shaft drives the sensor's magnet, and the angular sensor detects the change in magnetic polarity, generating
a corresponding electrical signal output. It offers good linearity, high accuracy, no blind spots, easy observation, and stable, reliable performance.
This product is widely applicable in fields such as meteorology, marine environments, environmental monitoring, airports, ports, laboratories, agriculture, industry, and transportation.

Explanation of Sensor Communication Protocol
I、If you are using a single sensor connected directly to a computer to read data: It is recommended to use the company's proprietary protocol, which displays data intuitively in ASCII format (HEX format is used for sending, non-HEX is used for receiving).
II、If you are interconnecting multiple sensors with a PLC, SCADA system, or programmable data logger: It is recommended to use the standard ModBus-RTU protocol, which uses HEX format for both sending and receiving.
III、If there are no special requirements: The default parameters for the sensor are: Device Address = 1, Baud Rate = 9600, Protocol = ModBus-RTU.
