Product Introduction
The pipeline wind speed sensor produced by our company has a casing made of high-temperature resistant and corrosion-resistant material. The sensor is based on the principle of heat dissipation and can detect even light winds. Even in harsh environments, the performance remains stable and reliable; Compared to other traditional wind speed sensors, it can achieve better stability and ensure faster and more accurate measurement and precision of small winds. Linear compensation and temperature compensation are both automatically implemented, resulting in high accuracy and resolution; No zero offset, excellent long-term stability, and high cost-effectiveness. In addition, this series of sensors can withstand instantaneous high wind speeds and high wind pressures.
Application area :Mainly used in HVAC systems, flue gas treatment pipelines, coal mines, and various piping systems. It is also applicable to fields such as operating rooms, cleanrooms, biological laboratories, electronic pharmaceutical environments, etc. for measuring small wind speeds.
Functional Features

5、485 communication interface, configurable with standard ModBus RTU protocol, ASCII protocol, and server protocol, communication address and baud rate can be set, and the communication line can reach up to 2000 meters in length; The server protocol is used to connect to our company's server software.
6、The device address supports two methods: software configuration and dip switch setting;
7、Multiple range settings such as 0~1m/s, 0~3m/s, 0~5m/s, 0~10m/s, 0~15m/s, 0~20m/s, 0~30m/s, etc;

Wiring Method
(1) If the sensor is equipped with our company's instrument, simply connect the sensor to the corresponding interface on the instrument using the sensor cable.

Installation Direction Instructions
The wind direction measured on site should be consistent with the arrow direction of the sensor, which can achieve higher accuracy and more accurate measurement results.
Installation Method
Please note that it needs to be installed on the side or bottom of the pipeline, and cannot be installed from top to bottom.
First, make a hole with a diameter of 20mm on the air duct, insert the air duct into the hole, adjust the direction of the equipment so that the arrow direction of the equipment is consistent with the direction of the wind speed, and control the height of the equipment by adjusting the position of the flange. Install three screws onto the flange, secure the equipment, and complete the installation.
